Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice

This notice applies to consumer health data handled by Mom's Next Best Home that is not governed by HIPAA. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Categories we may collect
Care types, timing, general support and service preferences, location and room preferences, payment-source selections, optional messages, and inferences based only on those facts may be consumer health data under some state laws. We do not ask for diagnoses, medications, insurance identifiers, medical records, or detailed behavioral histories in the provider contact flow.
Sources and purposes
We receive this information directly from you, from a person you authorize, and from your use of our care-search features. We use it to show relevant listings, explain why a community may fit, save a Search Plan when separately requested, fulfill a selected provider inquiry, secure the service, and measure usefulness using first-party events that exclude contact details, messages, and raw answers.
Sharing
We share the fields named in the provider disclosure only after you affirmatively choose to continue. Recipients may include the selected community, a connected agency you ask to act for you, and contracted service providers that help host, secure, communicate, and support the platform. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You may ask whether we collect, use, or share your consumer health data; request access, correction, or deletion; or withdraw consent for future collection or sharing. Use the privacy request form. We authenticate requests, respond within the period required by applicable law, and explain how to appeal if a request is declined. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Retention and contact
Sensitive lead content is scheduled for redaction 24 months after last activity, subject to legal holds. Minimal pseudonymized consent and billing evidence may be retained for seven years. Questions and appeals can be submitted through support.
